Ako Wai is a community-driven programme with local businesses supporting participants.

Sponsorships and donations are crucial to the success of the programme.  

We understand that your business is also a crucial part of our community, therefore our tiered sponsorship agreement ensures that our supporters are recognised and promoted for their contributions.  This may include being featured on the website, on merchandise, in correspondence, in media, and at our end-of-year sponsors' functions.

Others may simply wish to make an anonymous donation (which is tax-deductible!) and these are equally as valued and appreciated.  

Ako Wai is administered by a Charitable Trust Board that oversees the distribution of funding and the management of services.
